Issue Description

We should show semantic tags of the nodes in the node view page.
Those semantic tags should be clickable.

Steps

  • Get semantic tags from backend
  • Design UI for semantic tags both for mobile and web
  • Connect real semantic tags to frontend
  • Make semantic tags clickable and searchable

I already implemented this feature however I noticed that I forgot the open the issue. This is merged to the frontend.
