The current version has a few issues that could probably be resolved with a newer version. It also supports more languages which is nice.

It would be useful if clicked to deeplinks EG http://localhost:8080/file/8bdd1a2622effcfc9a32fd306d61f9dfc1f086f8/server/README.md#75 highlighted the line as well.

Even better would be a library that could work on the code result pages as well highlighting smaller snippets or even individual lines. A backend driven one. I tried Pygments with Jython previously and it was too slow to be useable.
