Originally opened as adobe/brackets#1886

  1. Open an HTML file in Live Preview
  2. Open an inline editor onto some CSS code
  3. Make an edit inside the inline editor
  4. Cmd+S

Result:
Webpage is refreshed

Expected:
You saved a .css file, so there's no need to autorefresh. (And there was no little dot next to the lightning bolt). When you save a .css file from its full editor, no refresh occurs.
