[CLOSED] "Show in OS" on Win 7 launch the registered application instead of showing the selected file in Explorer.

1. Right click on a folder in the project panel and select "Show in OS". You will see the selected folder open in Windows Explorer.
2. Now right click on a file and select "Show in OS" again.

Result: Depending on the file type it may do nothing or open the file with the registered application. If the selected file is a text file (.txt), it gets open in Notepad. If it does not have extension (as in LICENSE file) or a file with .md extension, nothing happens. If it is an html file or css file, it opens the file in Dreamweaver.
Expected: Show the file in Windows Explorer.

Closing since it is implemented in latest brackets-shell (pull request adobe/brackets-shell#244) and I was running an older shell app.
