Criteria

• Find out which of these are still reproducible by the reporter
• Close any bugs that are UTR or the reported doesn't respond
• If any are still reproducible, do one of:
  • File a new clean bug with all the information collected together -- if needs more investigation
  • Spin off a new Trello card -- if it's a larger issue
  • If there's already a user story, link to it & close

This card does not encompass doing the work to actually implement any fixes, or even investigating the root cause of any performance issues. It is only for figuring out which issues are still relevant & how to repro them.
