So Doom Retro already has 'vanilla' mode which can be enabled to make it feel like the original PC release, but what about 'psx' mode that tries to emulate any PSX Doom features as accurately as it can? I'm not saying go all out with how it's approached, but just as features and such are implemented that happen to be able to make it closer to that version, add them to that mode. (For example, if that PSX reverb suggestion way back were ever added)

I don't think I'd want to implement a PSX mode (tbh, I wasn't sure on the vanilla mode), but I'd be happy to implement features present in the PSX version, if they're any good (like the reverb).
