Need way to allow updates of the filter taps file without rebuilding.

Fixed. Users can now add custom tap files via iTunes or Dropbox. Once the file 
is in place, update the name of the file to use in the Settings tab. If the 
file is found it will be used; otherwise Datac will display an alert.
