Whan some information is changed, MuMuDVB could send to a monitor program the new information in a machine parsable format

(Have to manage keepalive)

When the notify is more generic, there could later trigger added for lost lock, new channel, channel added, and so on. Maybe this is the chance for an snmp/whatever trigger.
