The system config _config_data gets only loaded once during the init of Webinterface, see

MyEVSE-Webinterface/myevse_webinterface/webinterface.py

Line 84 in 7ab6d2e

self.load_config()

A change of that config is not reflected until a reboot.
Update other properties as well in

MyEVSE-Webinterface/myevse_webinterface/webinterface.py

Line 469 in 7ab6d2e

self.config_data = existing_data
