TO1 link for posting new reviews needs to be changed

Last week I tried to post a new review on TO1 from the link on the MTurk queue page and got an error message. It looked like the security certificate had expired; that happens sometimes so I sent a message to Six Silberman, the TO admin, about it. He got back to me yesterday asking for a screenshot; I tried opening a bookmark I have for my reviews and it worked fine, so I told him all was well. Today I tried to post another review from the queue page and got the error message again, but this time I realized that the link was different from the one on my bookmark. TO1 is now at turkopticon.net; the link on the queue page goes to turkopticon.uscd.edu. It always worked before last week so I think it was set up to redirect, and the redirect stopped working when the certificate expired.

The gist of this is, the link on the queue page, and anywhere else that's still using "ucsd.edu," needs to be changed to ".net."
