Installation error

When I try to run make install under Python 3.10.9 virtual environment, it ends up with following up (I have upgraded pip):

Running make report results following:

tar: *.log: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
make: *** [report] Error 2
