Bing Video previews not showing

Describe the issue you encountered:
In Bing videos, when you hover over a video, often a preview is shown. In Brave just a wait circle appears
Expected behavior:
Four spaced previews of the video being hovered over to be shown

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
  Windows 10
• Brave Version:
  0.12.7
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Enter Bing website www.bing.com
  2. Select Videos
  3. In search box select a topic e.g news
  4. Hover over the video freeze frames. Many should show a series of mini previews but just a rotating circle of dots appears

@dave1966uk Have you tried with shields down? If not, please click the lion icon in the top right corner and change the shields switch to down. See if that helps with this issue.

@liunkae Hi. Sadly setting the Sheilds down does not help. Still no mini previews.

@dave1966uk I was able to reproduce the issue. I tried shields down and all cookies enabled, but the problem still occurred. No warnings or errors are shown in the web console. If the video previews use HTML5, I don't see why they aren't working.
