Similar to chrome themes, a user could choose their own background image and text color to customize the style of the toolbars.

+1 from community. Specifically user requests "unlimited colors for the tabs and also create a few catagories for the colors (and there are more than 256 Colors PLEASE GIVE US The Option of adding more than 10 colors and catagories for tabs/bookmarks)"

we have to be able to adjust the TEXT Color as well so we can read the tabs as well :)

Maybe we could get something that is as powerfull as Firefox' userChrome.css but have it be oficially supported. I know that having that kind of power would make some people (myself included) switch to Brave in a heartbeat.
But I do also understand that implementing that could be a huge amount of work. (especially if the browser UI is not based on HTML like Firefox is)
