Printing in Google Drive only allows saving spreadsheets to pdf

• Describe the issue you encountered:
  When attempting to print a spreadsheet in google drive, the only option given was to save as a PDF. Other browsers allow for a choice between available printers and saving as PDF.

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
  Reported in Community, verified on macOS.

• Brave Version (revision SHA):
  0.16.9, verified in 0.17.3 as well

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a spreadsheet in google drive.
  2. Attempt to print it.

• Actual result:
  A series of dialogs will lead the user to save a pdf as the only option.

• Expected result:
  The user should be able to print if they want to.
