A Telegram Bot using IBM Watson to translate vocal messages to any language.

How it works:

IBM Watson is an artificial intelligence able to understand, reason and interact Watson naturally with people. The main features used for this project are the language translation capabilities starting from an audio file (the recorded voice message on telegram) and giving back a translated audio.

The real purpose:

Watson offers the possibility to analyze the emotions through a score system (sentiment analysis) and therefore it could be able to moderate a chat or a call.
