DATATONIC_HEADER_COLOR environment variable doesn't seem to do anything #59

I used the environment variables documented here in the deployer, but while testing I noticed that this one variable DATATONIC_HEADER_COLOR doesn't seem to change anything. I see that it is defined in the html, but I think the color value isn't inherited but rather overwritten by child elements.

I think found it, for the footer at least, class text_muted overwrites the value.
It does nothing with the top banner because there is no text present there, only images
