Correct typing for string[] types in generated code #7

Small suggestions before I forget about them. Bakelite string[] types:

  • get a type annotation of str in the generated python code but actually contain bytes
  • get declared as char * in C++ code but it seems like they can safely accept a const char * (using an explicit type cast)
