Remove prefix #106

Remove the prefix from the code since the bot has been moved to discord slash commands.

Now the prefix is always gonna be a slash ( / ) which means that it doesn't make sense to give the option for the developer to set a prefix.

It is gonna need changes in the code, properties file, docker files, scripts and test properties file.
