Plugins have case sensitive names. For the most part, this is okay. But one place it really bothers me is in the slacksoc help command. For a user, why does it matter that I wrote slacksoc help github instead of slacksoc help GitHub?

At the very least, we should create a way for slacksoc help to lookup a plugin in a case insensitive way. At the most, we could make the whole plugin system case insensitive.
