Now that I've been using this in production for a while there are some things I'd like to change to make this better and generally more flexible.

Remove any mixins other than grid-layout (maybe rename to nth-grid too). It should purely be about the power of that mixin.
Add a loop option. This should then stop looping of the 2n etc and instead use a simple 2.
Remove the $selector option. We should now apply this inline within the correct classes.
Switch to nth-of-type rather than nth-child (or have this as an argument?)
