Alternate command line arg entry string or add policy list argument to runner

This is more of an enhancement, but would be nice to either:

1. Provide an alternate addition (string) to the CLI args in the runner to the extension settings.
2. Be able to provide the list of desired policies inside of the extension settings.

I ran over the code(unfortunately I don't have enough knowledge) and I found that the extension can use config file (.checkov.yml). Is it possible somehow make checkov in docker container use .checkov.yml provided by user? I tried different locations(workspace folder, extention folder) but checkov ignores it. Maybe the issue, created by
@larryboymi, could be solved by making checkov in docker to use custom .checkov.yml

It will help me a lot as well with problem I currently have.
