Multiple requests for thumbnails.png

This is more of an observation than a bug to note the multiple requests. No requests for the thumbnails.png are made until the cursor is hovering over the progress bar. Once the cursor is hovering over the progress bar, multiple requests are made for the thumbnail.png- all returning 304
