In addition to the terms of the AGPLv3, the following special condition is applied:

Commercial Use Additional Condition: Without the express written consent of the author(s) of this software, no person, entity, or organization may modify this software for commercial use within profit-seeking entities or utilize this software in a manner primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation. For the purposes of this condition, "commercial use" refers to any activity involving the use of this software by a business, organization, or individual in exchange for monetary or other forms of compensation or in support of economic activities.

Individuals or entities wishing to use this software for commercial purposes must obtain a separate, express license from the author(s) for such use, subject to terms to be negotiated.

The purpose of this additional condition is to protect the interests of the software author(s) by ensuring they have the opportunity to be compensated for the commercial use of their work. This condition is not intended to restrict the freedom or open-source nature of the software but to ensure that the author(s)' rights are respected in commercial contexts.

This additional condition applies solely to the use of the software for commercial purposes. In all other respects, the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 remain in effect.

For interpretation of any part of this license, please consult the copyright holder or seek legal counsel.
