Image shifts on the canvas between iPads and PC / Chrome #122

When a signature is taken on an iPad (nicely centred within the frame), the resulting loaded image is shifted down and to the right in the canvas when loaded on a PC in Chrome.
There may be some shifting happening in IE as well...

@Cdenby I believe this is because your signature fields have different size. There is no resizing currently implemented. See #106.
