animations are not animating but alteratine between 0 and 1 #8

all animations except for PageView are not working they only either one (final destination) or zero (initial)
but they are not 0.1 0.2 ...

Could you explain to me exactly in which challenge is not working or the emulator or device in which you are testing the project?
