Wanted to open up a feature discussion here that might interest you. I work as a full stack developer at Evolve technology here in Gothenburg and wanted to see if you might be interested. We are a software company with over 60 senior developers and designers in our collective. Thought i'd try and answer your questions and see if it fits your profile.

I'm not the one person that can answer that unfortunately, everyone has a competitive salary (including myself) but they've also accumulated a vast amount of work experience.

Training/Development

We've got a performance coach that works here, a 11 time Iron man finisher that helps you become better in both your work environment but also privately. He has helped me become a better lecturer and run 35 km in Höga kusten in 7 hours.

Tech Stack

Every stack you might think if, everything from coding React and JAMSTACK and serverless + node from communicating with the HUD for the first electric-powered bike in the world.
