Currently you can style highlighted search results from issuing a search via /. However, the only visual indication of the currently "selected" search result when iterating through them with n and p is the caret, which can be hard to see. Adding a CSS class to the currently "selected" item would allow the entire highlight to be styled, e.g. with a different color, making it easier to see where you're at in the search results.
