Trekstor Yourbook C11b - Touchpad still not working

I have two of them with different BIOS Versions
One of them ist working (Ubuntu 23.04). And the Touchpad hast been detected.
BIOS CFALKSW04_BIOS_v1.1.2

The other one does Not detect the Touchpad.
BIOS CFALKSW01_BIOS_V1.1.5

Both Shows idential vendor and Produktname
TREKSTOR and YOURBOOK C11

The dmesg of the sw01 Shows the Error unexpected hid descriptor bcdversion 0x0000 at bootup.

Adding the entries "yourbook c11" "Yourbook C11b" and primebook C11b" suppresses the Bootmessage. But the Touchpad ist still Not working.

With Windows both Touchpad are o.k.
