We definitely need more recapitulatory documentation about the why/what for newcomers :)

PR would be sweet!

Was thinking something along the lines of:

  • sometimes there's performance critical code that needs improvements
  • sometimes there's mission critical code that could use some formal validation before pushing to prod
  • math in JS isn't accurate, being able to pull in proper infinite floating point math libs would be amazing
  • replace native (C++) modules in Node entirely — write Rust, and use it in both Node & the browser. Provide a C wrapper, and you're able to use it in every other language too!

Uehhh, those are probably the features / benefits. Just needs some story I guess, haha
