Page creation screen should remember option settings

To speed up creation of multiple pages, it would be great if the page-creation screen remembers items such as the last-chosen template, visibility, etc., so that the next time the user needs to create a new page, those items are already selected.

This would greatly speed up the task of creating multiple, similar pages.
