Running browsh in Linux Virtual Console with GPM doesn't allow clicking of items.

Running on Ubuntu 18.04 server edition (so no GUI) that's why browsh will help much here.

You could give the vim-mode-experimental branch a try. It allows you to use browsh without the mouse, by using keybindings like chrome's vimium extension.

You would have to compile it yourself using one of the guides linked to in the README.md.

Browsh definitely ought to work in the Linux console with GPM though.

Ultimatively this is something that should be implemented in the tcell project:
