Hi,

I currently start learning Rust and I took me a while to figure out that multirust isn't supported anymore and that the follow-up project is rustup. I just overread "Note: multirust is not actively maintained. Migrate to rustup.rs." Could you make this warning bold instead of italic? And maybe as the first line in the README.md? Some devs also write something like "[DEPRECATED]" in the description or title which could be followed by "Please use rustup to manage Rust installations".

Thank you!

Wow, this is great. It should be really clear now! I love it :)
