Which specific version? It worked since Express 3 to 4, haven't tested Express 5 yet.

I can't import this in express 4.17.
i tried npm install @types/express-ejs-extend but it doesn't work

More information will be useful, for example code you're using to require the module, tools you're using (seems like TypeScript but which version, how is your tsconfig.json and so on). Without that I cannot help, JS world is so extense that guessing what do you do or use is not into my plans.
