Filtering without auto scroll to top

Now after a filter applied in (resource) grid, it scrolled on top by default.
Should be possible to disable that and save scroll position after filter applied.

We should store the top visible rows offset relative to the viewport and if that row remains after filter, scroll it to the correct position (without animation). Not sure what would be expected if that row is filtered out
