Dragging event over non-working resource time ranges erratic

Confirmed. It behaves as user describes. I've tested in release (4.1.0-beta-2) branch.

Reproduce::
Use resource-non-working-time example
Use data from attached (has calendar with single working time interval)
Drag the event and drop to another resource into non-working time after the end date of working time interval. Event will be animated back to original position
Drag and drop the event again into another resource non-working time after the end date of working time interval. This time event will hang in non-working time

I've re-tested this bug in 5.6.1 version and although the original bug is not reproducible, the demo still output a torrent of errors.
