Support for adding a new combo item in the combo list if typed value is not found in the list

Hello

Just want to confirm is this possible in the combo list, if there is no value in the list then we add this value as a tag and using the "finishcelledit" event save this value and next time display this value in the item list.

Because currently if there is no value in the item list then it displays No item found.

We need functionality something like this type of list.
