Add a public hidden config and property to FilterBar

There is no such property, to show or hide the filter bar, call grid.features.filterBar.showFilterBar() / hideFilterBar() / toggleFilterBar

@teemu6 There is no such public property or config, only a private field set by the functions I mentioned. @chuckn0rris should not have recommend it on the forum, it works initially by luck more or less. I will reopen the ticket, but as a feature request on implementing it properly

@isglass Allright, the forum post mentions the reasons why it is essential to have it hidden on startup. So if you can make it an actual feature, it would suit my needs well. Thanks!
