"Another issue is we would need to get non-working calendar interval data on click event. Is it possible to catch OnClick on non-working calendar intervals?"

The idea would be to have the on-click listener on the red areas (as an example), that are the non-working intervals, and have a config like https://bryntum.com/products/scheduler/docs/api/Scheduler/feature/ResourceTimeRanges#config-enableMouseEvents to enable the click of that area.
