"Hey Team,

Is there a built-in way to show the header and footer (passed in with the HeaderTPL and FooterTPL config) only on the first (row of) page(s) or the last (row of) page(s) respectively when using the multipage exporter? The repeatHeader param only applies for the schedule header."

Add a configuration (suggestion: repeatFooterTPL and repeatHeaderTPL) to allow the user to avoid repeating the header on other pages when exporting.

Also super interesting for us from koppla GmbH, we currently had to hack around to get this to work
