scrollToDate with animation does not work at edges of date buffer

"There's an issue with the Scheduler's scrollToDate function when using infinite scroll and animate: if you manually scroll the timeline until you hit the edge of the virtual date buffer, then programmatically execute scrollToDate(...), it frequently does not scroll the requested date into view. See the attached video reproducing the issue using the Bryntum infinite scroll scheduler example. If using animate:false then it works fine, but the instant jump is visually jarring, so animated scrolling is preferable."
