If you drag & drop the surname column to the other region, then you will not be able to drag & drop or hide the first name column, since it is the last one in the locked region.
However, if we go back to the initial live demo state again, and hide the surname column, we will be able to drag & drop the first name column to the normal region, resulting in a blank space left in the locked region
As I said, we are not sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour. If it is not a bug we will look for a way to disable drag&drop for that last column manually"

"Hello Bryntum teams!
We found a bit of strange behaviour that might be a bug, and managed to replicate it in the live demos.
Given the locked columns demo: https://bryntum.com/products/grid/examples/lockedcolumns/
