[LWC] Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'host')

Need to add more optional chaining to prevent the exception. Client cannot reproduce error himself, so this is a blind fix. Nature of issue is unknown as well as implications. Some feature may stop working (although it doesn't work already due to exception)
