From client:
The read-only toggle applies only to one of the splits. We have included two buttons (Readonly and ReadonlyOff) to enable and disable the read-only option for the scheduler.

We should add a default set of configs, for which changes at runtime are reflected to all splits. And users should be able to reconfigure which configs are affected, to not be blocked in the future if a config is missing.
