From client:
Event drag listeners are not triggered when tasks are dragged and dropped on to the same resource in the same split or in the other split. Events are triggered when split is not enabled

We should relay specific events from features in splits to the original. Needs to be determined on a per event basis, not all makes sense. And need a way for apps to affect which events are relayed.

Decided to pass the listeners instead, makes more sense than relaying events that no-one listens for.
