Percent done filter uses raw fractional value

Hi,
when going to the advanced example and setting the %-done filter to "42" no results are found, despite the task "Setup web server" showing that value.

It seems like the filter is applied to the internal (calculated) value of "41 2/3" (which cannot be entered by the user and is not what is shown)

There used to be a similar case with the total slack column (#6413)
Not sure if that helps but maybe the code can be reused.
