Here's a clip on how to replicate the behaviour in gantt advanced demo https://bryntum.com/products/gantt/examples/advanced/:

  1. Go to demo
  2. Drag a task and drop the task before the parent
  3. Do the above step again but drop on a different target
  4. see the stacked up messages
