  2. Monitor network log
  3. Move an event
  4. Dates will be stringified like "2018-05-21T08:00:00+02:00"
  5. Open console, type scheduler.timeZone = 'America/Chicago'
  6. Move an event
  7. Dates will be stringified like "2018-05-21T06:00:00.000Z"
