Error:
Stderr: VBoxManage.exe: error: Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter #2' (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).

Can be fixed by disabling and re-enabling the adapters as described in this Stackoverflow post:

Appears to be a known bug:

Workaround is mentioned in my first comment.
