axis labels on a few of the plots

Most labels are great and easy to read: but Figs 3, 5, 6 , 8, 9 , 10 etc,, would benefit from larger labels and perhaps a different font. Clearly something to fix during the refereeing.

I normally prefer to explicitly write out "Galactic longitude" to avoid confusion. Of course, then you also have to use "Galactic latitude"...
