I want to find a better way to do this, and these links may be helpful in determining what domains to look for.

Perhaps it'd be helpful to have a general regex as well, so that there isn't a need for specific find-and-replaces with specified sites!

I wish it were that easy, but unfortunately that method won't be reliable. See here for some more details.
